The Office of the Bronx Borough President is seeking a Research Analyst.

Applicant must be detail oriented; able to work with speed and accuracy to have quick turnarounds on assignments; and possess strong writing and analytical skills. Responsibilities include conducting research and drafting policy reports, talking points and speeches.  The basic qualification requirements are:  A baccalaureate degree and 2-3 years experience in working in government or in the non-profit sector researching public policy issues, and have knowledge of the government process in New York.  Advanced degree preferred.
