DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include investigating and responding to telephone and written complaints/queries regarding city agency services, providing information and referral; involves data entry and heavy telephone contact with the public and city agencies; ability to manage a large caseload a must.
Position requires knowledge of city government, experience in customer service and/or constituent services and ability to manage a large caseload. Good research, writing, and communications skills, plus computer proficiency are also required.
SKILLS
Good research, writing and communications skills, Computer proficiency, knowledge of Word and experience with data entry.
