The Office Administrator will have responsibility for ensuring the smooth overall functioning of the Common Cause NY office, whose payroll and finances are administered by the national office. Will provide administrative support to Executive Director and staff, as requested. This part-time position reports to the Executive Director. General responsibilities include managing the daily operations of small (4-5 person) state advocacy office, including the organization’s finances and budget. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years office experience and proficiency in standard Microsoft based computer applications. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Good decision making ability and punctuality a must. Entrepreneurial approach to working in an environment with limited resources, flexibility, ability to get along get along and a sense essential.
